   Martinette is the one we all go to ask 'who', 'where' and 'what' as she is the longest-serving member of staff and has great corporate knowledge. She provides solid and flexible backup and is an indispensable teacher in the organisation's processes.
   
   With a great laugh, she is the polite voice on the end of the phone and the smile at the front desk for many of our service users.
