    Harold H. Miltsch, President/CEO and Director. As CEO, he was involved in strategic marketing for a number of blue chip clients including Bausch & Lomb, Dow Plastics, Eastman Kodak, General Electric, General Motors, Harris Corporation and Xerox. His notable worldwide campaigns include the Bill Cosby Kodak Colorwatch sales promotion campaign, as well as Brother Dominic Xerox Engineering ad campaign.

    In 1992 Harold was recruited by Xerox and become Manager of Worldwide Strategic Communications for the Xerox Document Productions Systems division a $2B business where he played a key role in the transformation of Xerox to a digital brand through the strategic marketing programs he supported and developed: The Document Company, DocuWorld and Open Document Services.

    Mr. Miltsch received his degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and subsequently was named Outstanding Alumnus of the Year by the Saunders College of Business.
