Dr. Andrew P. Milner grew up in Pennsylvania and in 1982 he graduated with honors from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania.In order to further his interest in sports medicine Dr. Milner gained valuable experience working at Harmarville Rehabilitation Center in Pittsburgh before continuing on to medical school.In 1987, he obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia.From there Dr. Milner completed a two year surgical residency specializing in all phases of foot and ankle surgery at Riverside Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.

After residency, Dr. Milner joined Carolina Foot Specialists and specializes in foot and ankle surgery and sports medicine.He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons as well as being certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.Dr. Milner also donates his medical services to local clinics.

Dr. Milner is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the North Carolina Podiatric Medical Society.He is married and resides in Cary with his wife and four children.His hobbies include running, kayaking, fishing and activities with his family.Dr. Milner is also a private pilot
