The instructional strategies, philosophies and software presented on this web site are based on Dr. Millerick's experience and formal research in designing learner motivation into educational activities.His experiences; as an assistant professor and instructor in schools of business and education, as the Director of the Instructional Services Center for a major west coast school of business (where he researched and helped to significantly improve the teaching effectiveness skills of scores of faculty

members), as a consultant and executive in the industrial and business training environment, and as a middle school teacher for the past six years, qualify him to author this web page.He is presently a math and science teacher at Maclay Middle School in Pacoima, California, where he would have enjoyed beginning his career over thirty years ago.Click here to see Bill's resume.
