The Fleet Town Colts Football Development Officer, Paul Millerick, runs the Saturday Club.Paul has over 20 years experience as a coach and has managed at youth and schools level.

Stuart Reeves, who is also an assistant coach of the Fleet Town U18 youth team and is currently completing his FA Level 2 qualification, will assist Paul.

Paul and Stuart will however require help in running the sessions as the numbers of children at these sessions will vary between 40-60.

Paul became involved with Fleet Town Colts in 1992 when his eldest son started playing.He managed teams through to U13s, then coached at Kingstonian FC through to the Youth Team.

When his younger son started playing he managed again at Fleet Town from the U10s to the Youth Team, and then to the mens reserve team.

Paul now coaches various Fleet Town colts boys and girls sides and is responsible for the very successful Saturday Morning Club for the Under 5s.

Paul is an FA level 2 qualified coach with over 20 years experience as a coach and has managed at youth and schools level.

He is passionate about children learning the correct techniques in football from an early age, as all too often it causes real football developmental problems in later years if ignored.This has become a key philosophy of coaching at Fleet Town Colts.

For the second half of the 2003/04 season Clint became one of the first Level 1 qualified assistants to Paul Millerick in the Nursery section where his youngest son had started as an Under 6.
