As before, Waterford Chapter meetings were held at different locations until August 1991 when Dave Millerick arranged for "Brunch" chapter meetings at the Great American Diner on M-59.

The year started with Dave Millerick retiring from the Board of Director after many years of service. Dennis Deveja replaced Dave as Assistant Director and Norm Carson became the Chapter Historian.

Dave Millerick was asked to return as interim Chapter Director until elections could be held.

The first Activities Committee was formed in 1992.
