Daniel Miller, Ph.D
Dan Miller, Ph.D., is Professor of Actuarial Science at Central Connecticut State University.He received his Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Connecticut in 1989.Dan has taught actuarial review courses in the Hartford, CT area (University of Connecticut Business School, University of Hartford, Central Connecticut State University, and CIGNA) since 1978.These courses include Mathematical Statistics(Part 2/Course 110), Applied Statistics (Part 3a/Course 120), Operations Research (Course 130), Numerical Analysis (Part 3c / Course 135), Theory of Interest (Part 4A / Course 140), Actuarial Mathematics ( Part 4A/Course 150), Risk Theory (Course 151), and Credibility Theory and Loss Distributions (Part 4B).
