Daniel L. Miller, P.E. has joined the State College, Pennsylvania office of Pennoni Associates Inc., an Engineering News Record Top 150 consulting engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia.Mr. Miller worked previously for Pennoni in their Camp Hill, Pennsylvania Office from 1992 to 1999.

Mr. Miller has over 20 years experience in the design and management of transportation projects for PENNDOT as well as many local municipalities and private clients.His experience also includes land development, stormwater management, and municipal design services.
