From 2005 to the present, Catharine Miller has worked in this role, which requires specific training in occupational health.The case coordinator's primary responsibility is to ensure that the physical and psychosocial needs of the injured employee are effectively addressed during the recuperative process and facilitate the employee's safe and prompt return to work.According to Bradford, West, and Miller, Goodwill is now utilizing OMNET (LWCC's statewide occupational medicine network) and getting injured employees to the doctor within 24 hours, which is critical in the return-to-work process.
