    Brad Miller and his wife, Kathy have been involved with Shiloh for 19 years. They have two sons, Josh, is employed at Miller Insulation, and Klint is a freshman at Shiloh. They have two daughters who graduated from Shiloh, Kylie (2003) and Toni (2004). Brad and Kathy also have 3 grandchildren at Shiloh, John (3rd), Katie (1st),  Jeanine (kindergarten), and Maddie (2yrs). Brad is president and CEO of Miller Insulation, Front Street Millwork & Lumber, Truss Systems Inc. and Wagon Wheel Lumber. Brad was named Bismarck-Mandan Small Business Person of the Year in 2007. In 2008 he was awarded Small Business Man of the Year for the state of North Dakota. Brad enjoys coaching basketball, which he has done at Shiloh for the past sixteen years. He also likes to hunt and fish in his spare time.

    President and Chief Executive Officer since 1985, Brad Miller, has been the driving force behind the phenomenal growth and expansion of Miller Insulation in the last two decades. Under Brad's vision and leadership, new insulation contracting markets in the commercial and industrial arenas were opened for the company and through successes here, Brad positioned Miller Insulation for its' pioneering role in the ethanol production and refining industry. In 2008, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) awarded Brad their 2008 Small Businessman of the Year Award for North Dakota.

    Starting as a Residential Insulator, Brad has seen dedicated duty in the oil fields, as Branch Manager, and as the Oil Field Division Manager. Brad was promoted to Vice President of the company in 1984, and President and CEO in 1985. Today, more often than not, Brad will be found in the field working with his management team, visiting with customers, inspecting job sites, and visiting with employees.

    Brad and wife, Kathy, find their greatest joy in family and consider themselves blessed that their children and grandchildren all remain close to home. Outside of the office and home, Brad is actively engaged in sports and education having served as Chairman of the Shiloh Christian School Board (2005-2007) and active School Board member today, and as a volunteer high school basketball coach the last 15 years. An avid pheasant hunter and passionate walleye fisherman, Brad's favorite get-aways are the great North Dakota outdoors.
