Bowman Miller, one of the most knowledgeable government officials following Europe, will focus on political strains and mutualities in U.S.-Europe relations, including NATO, and the impact of the Iraq war on those relations.He has been Director to the Office of Analysis for Europe in State's Bureau of Intelligence and Research since 1987.Before that he was State's principal foreign affairs analyst for Germany, and has extensive experience in terrorism analysis.
