  Mary Miller-Hyland, Lake Winona Manor administrator, oversees the operations of and is accountable for the performance of Winona Health's 166-bed skilled nursing facility.
  
  She has been with Winona Health since October of 2000 having served as the Vice President of Resident Care, as Winona Health's Director of Nursing for Long Term Care and currently as Nursing Home Administrator.Miller-Hyland began her career as a Registered Nurse in the Operating and Emergency Rooms.
  
  The administrator's Nursing degree is from the Fox Valley Technical College and her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marian College in Fond du Lac, Wisc.Miller-Hyland received her Parish Nurse certificate from Viterbo University, in LaCrosse, Wisc.Her Nursing Home Administration degrees are from both the University of Wisconsin and the University of Minnesota.

  Mary began her nursing career in a rural hospital working in the Operating and Emergency Rooms. She moved to nursing administration and gained experience in facility restructuring and new business development. Mary had experience with Dr. Zimmerman and the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in the development and application of the Center for Health Systems Research and Analysis (CHSRA) quality indicator system.
