Our 2006-2007 registrar, Scott Meyers, is ready to receive your requests to register a hull for the 2007 season. Scott would like to thank all for holding off on registrations until now, as he became adjusted to the job. To see what boats are available to register, simply go to the Information page and download our Master Hull Registy, then contact Scott with your Boat Registration Form which is also available on the Information page.

Our 2006-2007 Registrar, Scott Meyers, wants to let us know that all things pertaining to registrations are on hold for the moment. As you can imagine, Troy's passing has slowed the transition process considerably. Chet has agreed to get together with Scott to go over all the information we have in an attempt to get everything sorted out as best possible.
    ...
Scott expects to have an announcement within the next couple of weeks. We thank everyone for their patience. Although it's unlikely Scott will be able to fill Troy's shoes fully, he'll do his best to get as close as possible.
    ...
Scott Meyers is probably a bit overwhelmed assuming the position of Registrar. He agreed to take on the job with the assumption that he would have some assistance from Troy. So let's all help Scott get things up and running by getting your yearly and tri-annual fees in on time. It's great to have Scott on the board and I'm sure he'll be a great asset.

Thanks to Scott and his friend John I have the Kai back in my boat shop. When the boat went down I figured I knew right where it was. It took about an hour or more for Scott to get suited up and out to where we thought the boat was. He started down where I thought he did not go far enough. It looked over 30-40 feet north of where I thought he should be. Prior to submerging Scott told us that after 10 minutes let him know and he would surface for his bearings. So he went down and made a couple of circles and actually brushed the boat. It was too muddy to actually see anything down there even though it was only about 6-8 feet deep. When he surfaced he had only been down about 3 minutes. WOW! What a relief. I cant thank Scott enough. Now I have to put some more foam in before do any more racing. CZAR

6/19/2007 - Pink Lady Found! Scott Meyers went to Granger today to look for Roger's boat that sank on Sunday. He rented diver gear in Yakima. Scott said that it took about 5 minutes to find the Pink Lady on the bottom. "It was a lucky find, as the bottom is very bad" Scott commented. The radio box was dry of any water and the boat fired up right away. Scott said that is the last time he will dive in that pond, so make sure your boat will float the next time you race there. Thanks to Scott the Pink Lady will race again!

The annual cleaning went faster thanks to R/CU Registrar Scott Meyers. He had two new tires put on the trailer, added new lights on the fenders, replaced the lift for the tongue of the trailer and packed the wheel bearings. He also stored the trailer at Meyer's Auto Tech all this winter. A bit of special appreciation goes out to all of trailer crew and especially to Scott for helping to insure that the trailer is safe and ready to go racing.
