Mr. Merrill has over 30 years experience in process instrumentation and is certified in fiber optics.He has been employed as an Instrument Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman and Journeyman Electrician.Adept at interacting with engineers, clients and vendors, he has owned and operated his own consulting business, Merrill Electric, as well as served as vocational instructor for the Los Angeles Electrical Trust, teaching "Process Instrumentation" to Journeymen Electricians.His leadership skills include organization, project cost control and rigid deadline project delivery.Mr. Merrill's project experience includes work for Fluor Constructors, Irvine, California, Jones Electric Corp., Long Beach, California and Instrument Specialists Company, Long Beach, California, prior to his co-founding CSI.His present responsibilities include project planning, resources organization, staff recruiting and co-originating new business development.
