Nancy McNamara has been practicing Physical Therapy since 1992, primarily with clients who have suffered a stroke or traumatic brain injury.She is the Lead Physical Therapist for Inpatient Rehabilitation and also a research investigator at Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital in Aurora, CO.Nancy obtained her Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.She is a Board Certified Neurological Clinical Specialist.Nancy has completed advanced training in the Neurodevelopmental Treatment Approach as well education on Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy from researchers at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.For the past year and a half, Nancy has been investigating the effects of Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy with individuals who have significant motor paralysis as a result of stroke.
