    Ms. McNair has experience in professional science as well as science education.She has a B.S. in Freshwater and Marine Science from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.She is a Master's Candidate in Stream Ecology and Restoration from Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.She has taught watershed science and stewardship to students from 2nd grades to university level.She has worked with the Skagit Fisheries Enhancement Group in Mount Vernon, Washington, where she conducted stream restoration in the field working with volunteers and a hired crew. (Fiona is on maternity leave through August 2003.)
