Herb McMullen, Vice President of PurchasingMcMullen is responsible for all steel purchasing and brings over 35 years of steel processing, roll forming and metal stamping experience to Specialty Strip & Oscillating, Inc.He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Ohio State University and previously held the position of Plant Manager with National Gypsum.McMullen holds certifications in TQM from Philip Crosby Institute and a SPC from Booz Allen.He resides in Youngstown, Ohio with his family.
