According to Geoffrey McMullen, "If we can follow the track record established by CEPIS and ECDL-F in establishing an internationally recognised IT training and qualification programme through the highly successful ECDL, there is every reason to believe that a similar programme could be achieved on a global basis within the next ten years." -
