Principal Kevin McMahon delivered his annual report to an audience of 600 and welcomed Lord Alton of Liverpool who gave an inspiring speech about how young people can, with determination, make a real difference in the world.

At the signing ceremony on November 28th, St. Mary's was represented by staff, students and governors including Principal Kevin McMahon and Maureen Coughlin (Assistant Principal for Higher Education) Guests from UCLAN included Christine Sconce (Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Health), Lynne Duckworth the Director of Advancement and Ken Phillips the Director of Regional Partnership Projects.
