Kelly McMahon

Kelly is from a fitness background having worked in the industry for over 9 years.

She initially qualified as a fitness instructor in 1998 and went on to qualify as a Pilates Instructor with the Pilates Institute in London in 2001 and has recently re-trained and qualified with Stott Pilates in London to further develop her knowledge, skills and teaching practice.

She successfully runs classes in the West Fife area and also teaches at the Picture of Health Club, Keavil House Hotel in Crossford.Kelly has a great passion for teaching and this comes across in her sessions.
