    "What we've done is people from the community sponsored the bowl-a-thon and made pledges and pledged dollars for the amount of pins that we bowl," said Mike Mclendon, a member of the Military Affairs Committee.

    The money raised from the bowl-a-thon will be split between the college and the Military Affairs Committee.

    Mclendon says he hopes to have enough money for new vans in a couple of months.
