Sean qualified with Touche Ross (now Deloitte) in 1986, specialising in the financial services industry.After a secondment to the US, and a two year period in their Corporate Finance Department, he joined Credit Lyonnais Securities in January 1991.As Finance Director, he was responsible for the Finance and Operations Departments.He then spent five years as Chief Operating Officer of the UK Subsidiary of Robert W. Baird, the largest stockbroker in the US Mid West.He had responsibility for Finance, Compliance, Operations, IT and HR.

Baird Group Limited, the UK Subsidiary of Robert W. Baird, the largest stockbroker in the US Mid West.At the latter he had responsibility for Finance, Compliance, Operations, IT and HR.
