Since earning his degree in Education at Indiana University twelve years ago, A.J. has taught at Park Tudor School.

A.J. coached the Park Tudor Prep hockey team for eleven years winning seven state championships and two Midwest Prep League titles.He co-directs TNT Hockey Schools with Monty, Rocky and Bryan Trottier.He also directs summer Hockey Prep In-line camps at Park Tudor School.

Currently, he is the Head Coach of the Checkers AAA 1988 team in the Mid American Hockey League.
