Erin E. McHugh, Consulting Associate, joined Grenzebach Glier & Associates, Inc., in 2001.Prior to joining GG&A/GGE, Ms. McHugh worked in various capacities in the high tech, government, and education sectors.She brings to the firm a strong background in comparative and competitive analysis, market research, and strategic planning.

Most recently, Ms. McHugh worked for Fairmarket, Inc., a dynamic pricing and e-commerce company in Woburn, MA, as an Analyst for the Product Management Team.She was also a member of the business-to-business strategy practice and was responsible for comparative research used in the practice's business plan.

Prior to Fairmarket, Ms. McHugh served as Assistant to the Chief of Staff for United States Senator John F. Kerry in Boston, MA. During her time with the Senator's office, she contributed to initial policy formation on community programs for troubled youth as well as before- and after-school program development.Additionally, she served as a Research Assistant at the Harvard Law School Office of Public Interest Advising and at the Wellesley College Center for Research on Women.

Ms. McHugh received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and English from Wellesley College.While at Wellesley, she served as a campus liaison to Wellesley's five-year, $400 million capital campaign.
