A. Barry McGuire Barry McGuire is the retired executive vice president of Michigan Automobile Dealers Association. Previously he was the executive director of the Michigan Association of Counties. Mr. McGuire is also the president of the National Association of Counties Executive Directors and the regional director for the Automotive Trade Association Executives. He is a member of the Michigan Society of Association Executives and the Industry Relations Council of the National Automobile Dealers Association. Mr. McGuire is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.
