President
Kathi McGregor, President, oversees the research, quality assurance,
and production staffs for NOVO 1 Market Research and is responsible
for project management, vendor management and data collection.
She supervises the design of all survey materials - from questionnaires
to field instructions - to ensure that they meet the company's quality
standards and the client's research objectives.
She monitors data
collection efforts for adherence to the project requirements, scheduling
and budget.
Prior to joining NOVO 1 in 1997, Kathi managed Maritz Marketing
Research's Dallas field office (QCS/Delve), one of the country's largest
independent field supplier companies.
She has personally managed
in excess of 1,000 research projects, ranging in size from 12 to 31,000
respondents, timelines of 2 days to 1 year, and individual project budgets
of up to $2.5 million.
Kathi specializes in finding hybrid approaches to contacting difficult-to-reach
customer groups.
She also brings invaluable experience as a client-side
researcher to the company.
She was a Consumer Research Manager at
The Southland Corporation for 6 years where she was responsible for
projects including customer satisfaction, concept testing, positioning,
advertising copy testing and pre-testing, and taste-test research.
Kathi received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston and
spent 11 years in consumer electronics, where she held positions in sales,
training and merchandising.
