Dr. McGrath is the founder and clinic director of Scenic Health Alliance, Inc.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, Dr. McGrath attended and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.

Dr. McGrath practiced at one the most prestigious healthcare facilities in the State of Hawaii, the Malama Clinic of Kailua-Kona.It was there that he developed his interest in integrative physical rehabilitation and complementary medicine skills.

In 1993, Dr. McGrath founded the Jay Chiropractic Office, and later opened his Pensacola practice in early 1994.

Dr. McGrath is a State of Florida Certified Workers' Compensation Physician and is certified to conduct Disability and Impairment Rating Determination Examinations in accordance with the American Medical Association Guidelines.He is a regularly scheduled lecturer on ergonomics and workplace safety with Escambia County and State of Florida offices.
