   Mike McDonagh, Vice President of Operations As VP of Operations, Mike is the lead consultant and manager of the support and development teams for BOS. His main initiative is to help build consulting competencies and technology products within BOS in order to bring business problem solving and technology solution expertise to the growing VAR Channel and a select number of clients.
   
   From 1993-1999, Mike was President and part owner in NAC Technologies of Westborough, MA. NAC was founded to offer IT consulting and software development services to fortune 2000 accounts. Mike's role at NAC was as lead consultant, creating business critical solutions for each of its clients. NAC' clients included Cahners Publishing, Harvard Pilgrim, Allmerica Financial, John Hancock, Raynham Greyhound Park, and The State of New Hampshire. NAC was also a certified IBM consultant, and did work directly for IBM. NAC also worked as a software integrator for companies such as: Right Fax and Key File Corporation.
   
   In 1985, Mike created a private school Computer Science initiative in Poughkeepsie NY with the aid of IBM. IBM donated PC's and software, and he selected textbooks, and created course requirements. The program took two years to create and all graduates learned basic computer history, and had an understanding of structured computer programming. These courses, started as an elective, but within two years became required for graduation. Mike graduated from the University of Lowell with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
