I am delighted to be one with Archbishop Petero Mataca of Suva, Archbishops Little, Bathersby and Doyle, Bishops Connors, Coleridge and Prowse, and so many priests, as we recognise the distinguished presence of Major General Michael Jeffery, Governor-General of Australia, and Mrs. Jeffery, Mr. Michael Theo, the International Vice-President of the Society, and Mrs. Theo, Mr. James McDaid, the National President of England and Wales, Mr. William Tullock, the National President of New Zealand, Mr. John Mehan, the National President of Australia, and Mrs. Mehan, Mr. Syd Tutton, the Victorian President, and Mrs. Tutton, joined by all of the other State and Territory Presidents, and so many of you, my brothers and sisters.
