Dan McDaid started scuba diving in 1991.He was "hooked" immediately and became a Divemaster in 1993.He worked part time as a dive professional until 1997 when he helped start a dive charter business in Washington (brrrr).Having traveled to the Caribbean for vacation on many occasions, Dan and wife Gale decided to make the move to warm weather and "good vis." Dan is now a PADI Master SCUBA Diver Trainer and has logged over 1,500 dives in the Pacific Northwest and the Caribbean.He also has his USCG Captain's license since 1998.

Gale McDaid started diving in 1995, after gentle prodding from her husband Dan.
