Mr. McCuskey has more than 16 years of professional experience within the Information Technology (IT) sector, including over a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to Riverside Advisors, Mr. McCuskey worked with Southport Partners, an investment banking boutique focused on the technology sector.At Southport Partners, he advised a broad range of technology companies, including IBM, McDonnell Information Systems, Frontec, LaserTechnics, Diablo Research, Information Management Associates, and Hibbett, Karlson & Sorenson.Mr. McCuskey's advisory assignments included acquisitions, sales, divestitures, corporate partnerings, and private financings.

Mr. McCuskey's initial M&A experience began with Chemical Bank, where he was actively involved in the development of Chemical's M&A group.He participated in transactions with numerous Fortune 1000 clients, including Weyerhauser, Unisys, Culbro, General Instrument, and Veeco.While at Chemical Bank, he was also involved in a large advisory assignment for the Kansas Public Employee Retirement System that included assuming management of the pension fund's $400 million direct placement venture portfolio.

Mr. McCuskey was formerly Vice President for Finance and Business Development for a software company that markets newspaper publishing systems.He also served as a Marine Corps officer specializing in communications, signals intelligence, cryptology, and electronic warfare.He holds a BA from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.
