McCullough is Director of Technology at the Air Force Communications Agency (AFCA), Scott AFB, Illinois.AFCA strives to provide a seamless infrastructure that delivers critical, real-time information to warfighters on the ground and in the air.Colonel McCullough entered the Air Force in 1979 as a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps.He is experienced in a variety of Air Force strategic and tactical communications and information systems, and in the joint interoperability of DoD communications and information systems.He commanded an expeditionary communications squadron in support of Operation Southern Watch, and served in the Air Force Operations Center, Pentagon, during Operations Desert Thunder and Enduring Freedom.
