McCullough to the position of Chief Executive Officer.McCullough, who will be nominated to serve as a member of Coyote's Board of Directors, succeeds James J. Fiedler as CEO.Fiedler continues as Chairman of the Board and will work closely with McCullough to develop and position Coyote in the global applications service provider (ASP) market.

    Coyote Network Systems has the opportunity to become a true global ASP, said McCullough.The Company's existing business platform, which Jim Fiedler has put in place, will position us to aggressively grow our customer base for both hardware and network services.Beginning immediately, we will focus on recapitalizing and repositioning the Company, both domestically and internationally, to enhance shareholder value and to improve Coyote's earnings and business..
