Ted P. McClatchey will be working in the Collections department of the Columbus office.Mr. McClatchey has a B.S. in Education from The Ohio State University (1980) and a J.D. from Capital University Law School (1993) and was previously employed at UAW Legal Services Plan.A member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar associations, Mr. McClatchey is admitted to practice before the state courts of Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.Mr. McClatchey is currently a member of the Columbus Bar Association Bankruptcy and Common Pleas Court Committees.He holds a Paralegal certificate from Capital University School of Law (1983).
