Responsibilities included loss reserve reviews, funding projections, cost allocation studies, retention analyses, rate adequacy reviews, large account pricing and development of rating plans. She has over 25 years of experience in personal and commercial lines. These lines include workers compensation, medical malpractice, general liability, professional liability, automobile, homeowners, farmowners and lender-placed insurance.

Emma graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and earned a Master of Science in Operations Research from Michigan State University. She is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member in the American Academy of Actuaries.
