Since joining the LSC Marketing team in August 2006, Richard has been responsible for the marketing activities of Train to Gain, Education Maintenance Allowance, Public Service Compact (for example the website and PS e-Bulletin) and the Adult Learning Grant. Richard's other responsibilities include the LSC website and intranet.
