Neil began his sales career at the age of 10, when he chose to go door to door in his rural community, selling garden seeds, Christmas, Easter and Valentines Day cards.He purchased his own bicycle at the age of 12 from money earned selling and delivering newspapers.After graduating from High School, his first job was working for Eaton,s Department Store where he quickly became assistant manager of the Men,s Clothing Department.
In 1985, as founder and President of Synergistic Ideas Inc., Neil built a strong team to market and coach individuals through Brian Tracy,s video assisted, multi-media training programs.

Neil has personally facilitated these Peak Performance programs more than 525 times, for a wide variety of clients in business, government and aboriginal communities throughout North America.
Training companies of this specialty are part of the Brian Tracy International organization with offices in 35 countries and 19 languages.
In 1988, Neil co-founded the Peak Performers Toastmasters Club.Within twelve months of its initiation, this club became the number one club of its kind in Canada and number seven internationally.Neil served as Charter President, and then subsequently, in a variety of other executive positions.
Neil was recognized with the International Peak Performer of the Year Award in 1992 for highest personal sales internationally.He has also ranked annually among the top few in personal sales results. With many years of experience in facilitaton, coaching, salesmanship, sales management, general management, leadership and business ownership, Neil delivers a dynamic approach to training programs.
Neil,s instruction focuses on the assessment, design, delivery and evaluation of results.He brings with him an entrepreneurial flair, along with solid sales management experience.He is a proven trainer/facilitator and has worked with many corporations who enjoyed and benefited from Neil,s unique ability to get the message across.
Neil has delivered dynamic customized workshops for many powerful and influential companies including, The Royal Bank of Canada, Vector Construction, Canada Post Corporation, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Air Canada, FWS Construction, Health Canada, Department of National Defense, Human Resources Development Canada, E.H.Price Manufacturing, Motor Coach Industries, Public Works & Government Services Canada, Manitoba Telephone Systems, Prolific Graphics, and Investors Group, to name just a few.
It was his love for singing and music that led Neil to seven years of full time music studies and 23 years of college level music teaching.Neil has a Masters Degree in Music from the University of Oregon.As a hobby, Neil continues to enjoy and participate in making music.

The Phoenix Seminar on the Psychology of Achievement
This seminar is an earlier version of what is now called ,The Maximum Achievement Seminar,.Neil introduced this program to Manitoba in 1985 and has facilitated it across Canada and in the USA.Neil has also facilitated this program many times for Human Resource Development Canada funded unemployed people seeking to fast track development of key employability skills.Any reference to this program in testimonial letters also applies to the benefits which are now found in the updated, Maximum Achievement Seminar.
Maximum Achievement Seminar
Neil has facilitated this ,life changing, information with over five hundred classes.Participants ranged in age from 12 to seniors, including almost every profession that is known.He has facilitated many public sessions with enrolments from a wide variety of organizations plus several hundreds of customized, in-house classes for organizations like Canada Post Corporation, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Royal Bank, Manitoba Telephone Systems, Health Canada, and Public Works & Government Services Canada and hundreds more.
The course format is very flexible and can be delivered in a variety of formats.Neil,s preferred format for this program is a total of four days, scheduled to meet the customers, needs and schedule.
High Performance Leadership
Neil facilitates leadership seminars and provides leadership coaching for Strategic Planning to senior and middle managers.These have been customized, in-house sessions for organizations like Canada Post Corporation, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and FWS Construction.Effectiveness of the program is continually measured on the basis of predetermined performance measures and the achievement of desired outcomes identified at the beginning of the program.
