Stewart is a financial professional who has worked as both an investment banker and chief financial officer.This experience has permitted him to work in various capacities, as both an agent and a principal, on virtually every type of financial transaction.He has honed his ability to analyze and make critical judgments on every aspect of a company's operations as a means to enhance shareholder value.He will focus on raising capital and using it effectively in order to increase shareholder value.

Stewart is also currently the Owner/President of Fauquier Financial Services, Inc., a private financial services consulting company.Prior to that, Stewart was Executive Vice President, CFO, Treasurer and Secretary of BRI International, Inc.During his tenure there, he helped double the company revenues, increase the profit margin and was instrumental in the merger of BRI International, Inc. to Quintiles for $130 million.

His previous positions have included: Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions Group, PriceWaterhouseCoopers; Vice President, Scott & Stringfellow, Inc.; Vice President, Corporate Finance, Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co.; Assistant Vice President, Salomon, Smith Barney, Inc., Assistant Vice President, Paine Webber, Inc.

Stewart holds a M.B.A. in Finance, Wharton Graduate School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and an A.B. in History, Princeton University.
