Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Maroulis was an associate in the litigation department of Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin in Palo Alto.From 1996 - 1999, he worked as an associate in the litigation department of Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.From 1994 - 1996, Mr. Maroulis served as a law clerk to the Honorable David N. Edelstein, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.

Mr. Maroulis received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 1994 and is a member of the Order of the Coif.At Fordham, Mr. Maroulis was a notes & articles editor of the Fordham Law Review and wrote "Can HIV-Negative Plaintiffs Recover Emotional Distress Damages for Their Fear of AIDS?", 62 Fordham L. Rev. 225 (1993).In addition, Mr. Maroulis was awarded the Fordham Law Alumni Association Medal in Constitutional Law.
Mr. Maroulis received a B.A. degree in European history from Columbia University, and an M.S. degree in Urban Planning from the London School of Economics.
Mr. Maroulis is a member of the State Bar of California, the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York.
