   Mark Marlow is chief financial officer of Virtual Radiologic.Previously, he helped found WAM!NET, Inc., a start-up company that grew into a publicly traded, global networking and workflow management service provider for the media and advertising industry.During his tenure as treasurer and vice president of finance at WAM!NET, he structured more than $700 million in financing in the form of high-yield debt, strategic equity and asset-backed lending.He also provided strong leadership in strategic management and business development.
   
   Prior to 1995, Mr. Marlow was engaged by MJK Inc., a Minneapolis-based investment banking firm specializing in initial public offerings for small to mid-sized companies.He also worked as a senior auditor for a public accounting firm and as a financial manager for Falcon Group, LLC, a financial consulting firm specializing in leveraged buyouts and small business capitalization.
   
   Mr. Marlow has a bachelor of science and master of business administration degrees from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.After graduating from college, he completed a tour of duty as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy.
