   Larry Marlow is Managing Director of Marlow Hampshire, an Australian management consultancy whose core business is bringing about cultural and behavioural change for its clients at both organisational and senior management levels.
   
   Larry's professional background includes senior executive roles in the fields of Information Technology, Market Research, Health Services and Management Consulting. He was an Australasian Divisional Manager for the HayGroup responsible for building and leading an international management consultancy team. His professional experience also includes time as an academic at post graduate level in the fields of Leadership and Strategic Human Resource Management and he has carried out major assignments for the World Bank and World Health Organisation in developing countries. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources and a past member of the Council of the Research Institute for Asia and the Pacific. He has represented Australia internationally through APEC.
   
   He has been involved as a facilitator for a number of peak national Leadership programs including programs for the Australian Vice Chancellors' Committee (AVCC), the Business and Higher Education Round Table, Leadership Consortium, Australian Government Executive Program and CSIRO's national Leadership and Succession Planning program.
   
   He has worked extensively at Board, Executive and Senior Management levels as an Executive coach and facilitator. He was appointed by the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet to assist the national Aboriginal Reconciliation Council in its planning until the Millennium and by the NSW Minister for Health to chair a multi-disciplinary committee charged with changing the professional boundaries between medicine and nursing. He was appointed as the leadership consultant for the major NSW Police Reform project and for the national ANTA Flexible Learning Leader Development project. He is currently managing one of the largest public sector change programs in Australia: a 6 year project to change the leadership culture of Prisons in NSW.
   
   He has also worked with numerous major multinational companies as well as many of Australia's largest organisations in the areas of strategic management, strategic human resource management, executive development and behavioural change management. He has assisted many of his clients to enhance the strategic contribution of the human resource management function to their business. He has also led a number of significant change management programs and has recently worked extensively in the Higher Education sector assisting over 15 Australian and overseas Universities.
   
   Larry has worked on major assignments in the UK, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Fiji, China, Bangladesh and Papua New Guinea and has lectured on leadership at the AGSM, MGSM and Mt Eliza Business School.
