BIRMINGHAM, AL - Matt Markopoulos has joined the Integral Hospitality Solutions team as the Operational Support Specialist.Matt's responsibilities cover a number of areas pertaining to the flow of information from the property to the Integral Directors.Maintaining the ILink extranet site, deadline enforcement, and providing hotel support will be among his daily activities.Matt will also provide monthly reports to ownership, monitor REVMAX, and maintain the Key Indicators System.Having been a General Manager himself, Matt has unique insight into the support needs of the property management as well as the desire for current information by the hotel ownership.Matt looks forward to offering his talents and support to each of the Integral family properties.

Matt Markopoulos is Director of Operations and IT / Training Manager for Integral Hospitality Solutions.Matt is responsible for the development of PlayBook, Integral's online Standard Operating Procedures, as well as Hotel FUNdamentals, the online teammember training program.Matt also coordinates 1-2-3 Wow, the Integral Hospitality services program.In addition, he maintains the Integral IT department.
