Ms. Janet Markham

Janet Markham has over 20 years industrial experience covering such diverse areas as research and development, production, yield enhancement, failure analysis, materials characterization, chemical analysis and quality control/assurance.She comes to Pantheon Chemical from Motorola, where she was a Quality Systems manager in the Semiconductor Products Sector and heavily involved in driving the Performance Excellence program.Prior to that she worked on the characterization and development of field emission displays for Motorola's Flat Panel Display Division.She brings experience in a wide variety of industries including semiconductor processing, aerospace, opto-electronics, metal finishing and photovoltaics.

Ms. Markham also has a strong background in statistical process control and design of experiments.During her time at Litton Electron Devices, she successfully used advanced methods of statistical analysis to identify root causes of product failure in GEN III night vision devices.In addition, while working in the plating industry, she was a leading member of a quality team that achieved ship to use approval from Cummins Diesel plus NADCAP Certification, as well as running a state certified environmental laboratory.

Ms. Markham holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Pharmacy from Aston University in Birmingham, England and is a Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.She is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business with a 4.0 GPA, which led to her being elected to Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi.She also has her private pilot's license, and is an active member of the local chapter of the International Aerobatic Club.
