Cara Mantovani, Broker® of Kenco Realty Group, is a native of South Florida and the real estate business. For over a decade Cara has been assisting customers with the purchase and sale of property throughout the tri-county area.  She has assisted celebrity musicians, actors and athletes with their real estate needs in South Florida, spearheaded development sales campaigns for local developers.  She is a certified REO Speicialist and expert in the navagation of the short sale process. 

Recently, she was named one of the "Top 30 Under 30" in the nation by Realtor Magazine. She was featured on the cover and posted the highest sales volume of any of the other recipients.  She has been named as “The Achiever” by Miami Today and one of the top “Top 25 Power Women in South Florida Real Estate” for three consecutive years. Florida Trend featured her as a "Trendsetter”. South Florida CEO Magazine has named her one of South Florida's "Next Gen" business leaders. The Miami Today has called her a "woman to watch". The South Florida Business Journal awarded her the esteemend "Up & Comers" award for the Real Estate category.  D’LUXE Magazine deemed her as “South Florida’s New Establishment” in their July 2007 feature story.  Miami Agent Magazine featured her on their cover as a renowned expert in customer service. Cara has been a contributing author for a number of South Florida publications.
