Mahendra is a principal at Silicus Technologies for the business process outsourcing area, where he is responsible for its overall business, marketing and sales development.Earlier, he was product marketing manager at mid-market CRM applications vendor Trivium Systems, where he managed product planning, marketing and direct and indirect sales requirements.Earlier, Mahendra was a senior consultant with "big-five" consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial & Strategic Services Group.He was also an associate with venture development firm Feedback Ventures.In both organizations, he played roles as team leader and consultant, providing advisory expertise, analytical strength and project delivery on a variety of corporate engagements.His efforts included business planning, acquisition and divestment and project feasibility assessment.Mahendra received an MS in e-commerce from Carnegie Mellon University, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, and a BS from the Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi.

Prior to joining Silicus, Mohit was responsible for Product Management at Intel-funded software firm Trivium Systems, rated by Gartner as 'visionary' for its CRM suite positioned in the SMB segment.Prior to Trivium, he was a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance practice, and earlier a Strategy Associate with Feedback Ventures.In both firms, he played lead consulting roles, providing analytical and advisory expertise to international firms across financial modeling & analysis, business planning, and corporate transactions.
