He has started seven new companies and divisions; and launched several product lines and major products; built worldwide marketing, sales, distribution, support and fulfillment channels; joint ventures, franchises and partners networks in over 40 countries; and negotiated global multi-million dollar deals.

As co-founder and CEO of New Jersey based IGPartner.Net Corp., Mahajan has rapidly grown the company into a worldwide infrastructure and services provider for profitable B2B commerce, with offices in fourteen countries.

He previously spent ten years at the leading data mining software company SPSS Inc. (NASDAQ: SPSS), in various US, Europe and Asia based positions, including Global Account Director, Director of Worldwide Channels and Managing Director South Asia.During this period he established, grew and consolidated the worldwide SPSS Science business, managed North American and European direct sales teams, partnered with companies like IBM, HP, DEC and established an extensive network of training and support centers.

Mahajan was one of the first country managers for a foreign software company in India.He played an important role in evangelizing the use of analytics as a business and decision making tool throughout South Asia and was a speaker at the first computer shows in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.

He has previously served as CEO of MARRS Inc., Marketing Director on the board of Sansun Electroniks Pvt Ltd, India and as a Director on the board of Tai Yeng Electronics, Singapore.

Mahajan is an Executive member of the American Marketing Association.
