   Yook Mah is a Professional Engineer, who graduated in 1972 from the University of Calgary. He is currently a self-employed businessman and a director of Hays River. He was the President of Benson Petroleum Ltd., an oil and gas company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, from 1993 until its acquisition by Southward Energy Ltd. in 2001. Prior thereto, he was the President of Norwich Resources Canada Ltd., a private oil and gas company.
