   WINSTON MAH President and Chief Operating Officer Seagram Asia Pacific
   
   Winston Mah is President and Chief Operating Officer, Seagram Asia Pacific.
   
   Prior to joining Seagram as Executive Vice President, Seagram Asia Pacific, in January 1998, Mr. Mah was Vice President, Nestlé, Asia, Oceania and Africa Region. Before this, he worked with Mars, Inc. for fourteen years holding a variety of positions of increasing importance and was, most latterly, Business Unit Manager, Effem Foods, Inc. In this role he was responsible for all business segments of Mars, Inc. including, snack foods, pet food, ice cream, main meals and vending, in a region covering Taiwan, Korea, Philippines, Indochina, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei.
   
   Mr. Mah has also held a variety of finance and accounting positions in global companies including Unilever, Carnation Foods and The British Steel Corporation.
   
   Mr. Mah received a Business Studies Bachelor of Arts Honors degree from Sheffield Halam University, U.K. in 1978 and became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants later the same year.
   
   Seagram Asia Pacific, a division of The Seagram Spirits And Wine Group, coordinates Seagram's beverage alcohol activities in 11 countries - Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the People's Republic of China, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand. The division also monitors Seagram's business interests in markets throughout the Asia Pacific region where Seagram has no affiliated companies or joint ventures, including Fiji, Indonesia, the Philippines, Samoa and Vietnam.
