Pastor Jerry Maguire

Rev. Jerry Maguire has accepted Redeemer's call to become our Pastor. We welcomed Pastor Maguire and his wife Marg to Redeemer in early February, 2007.

Jerry Maguire was born in Harrisburg, PA. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1973, Jerry moved to Pittsburgh, PA to join the Staff of Young Life, a Christian outreach ministry to high school students. Desiring to prepare for ministering to the whole family, he entered the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh. Upon graduation he was ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). He served ten years as the Pastor of Hillcrest PCA in Volant, PA, and 9 years at Providence Reformed PCA in Barboursville, WV. More recently he was the Sr. Pastor of Covenant PCA in Harlingen, Texas for 6 years. Pastor Maguire and Marg now live in Concord, MA where he is the Senior Pastor, at Redeemer Presbyterian.

Pastor Maguire is certified in Biblical Counseling through the National Association of Nouthetic Counseling (NANC) and is working to be certified as a reconciler with the Peacemakers organization. Jerry and his wife Marg have celebrated their thirty-fourth wedding anniversary and have a daughter, Kate, who lives and works in Baltimore, Maryland.

Jerry has been in ministry since graduating from Penn State.He and his wife Marg were married in 1973.Initially they were on staff of Young Life in Pittsburgh.Desiring to minister to the whole family , he entered the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh.
