Ms. Bellah Maguire graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, in 1982, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and served as an Associate Editor for the California Law Review.She speaks and writes French fluently.
Ms. Bellah Maguire's practice areas emphasize general corporate and securities work with extensive experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, financings and divestitures.She is featured in The Expert Guide to the World's Leading Private Equity Lawyers for 2005.She has represented a number of groups in raising leveraged buy-out, venture and other funds, including the $1.85 billion fund raised by Leonard Green & Partners in 2002, and the Leonard Green & Partners group's three prior funds.
